ABOUT
Welcome to the new cozy house, located just about 5 minutes walk from the beach and main street of Paralia Ofriniou, Greece. Away from the noise, but close to all amenities and the beautiful sandy beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pastry shops and bakeries, butcher and fish shops are all within walking distance of your new summer vacation home. The beach and the bars are just a stone's throw away from the house, which will be quite convenient for you when you decide to return back and relax in the shade in the yard. The whole house is stylishly and cozyly furnished to create a holiday mood for the people in it and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
The yard is small but charming and yet gives a sense of independence and seclusion.
APARTMENT 1 & 2
The house has three floors (sou terrain, first and second) with separate entrances. Each floor has a separate apartment, which has a huge veranda in the front (facing the living room) and a long terrace in the back (facing the bedrooms). On the veranda of each apartment you can enjoy romantic dinners around the table watching the beautiful sunset.
The apartments are spacious - living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom with toilet and two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has two beds with a size of 90x200 cm and the other one is equipped with a single bed 160x200. In the living room, which is connected in one common room with the kitchen and dining room, there is a corner sofa bed, which can easily accommodate the sleep of two people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine and hot water kettle. Solar water heaters provide hot water and the air conditioner takes care of the cool air during hot days.
